BUBBLING FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION SYSTEM
It is the only combustion system that has the flexiblity to burn efficiently wide variety of low quality, low heat value coal available in Indonesia, because only about 1% by weight of carbon content on the bed can sustain fluidized bed combustion. Because of its characteristic low combustion temperature, the ash is generally dry and non-adhering and posesses self-cleaning action when passing through fire side tube banks. Thus, a frequent shutdown for fire side maintenance is generally not neccesary. Soot blowing is also generally not required. It prevents formation of a sticky deposits on the fire side of the tubes due to lowering of ash fusion temperature by sodium component of ash because of low bed temperature it minimizes high temperature corrosion, erosion, and metal fatique.
We develop a unique fluidized bed furnace cooling tubes system by utilizing 3-layer bended cooling tubes with fins that guarantees controlled bed temperature of 750-850 deg.C. It is also higher in relation to fluidized bed nozzles thus preventing the abrassion of tubes due to sand movement.
We also use high heat and high carbon content cast steel fluidized bed air nozzles that lasts longer than other materials.

Fuel: Fine coal (0-10 mm), wide range of coal quality(4000-6000 Kcal) and higher moisture content (25-35%) it can also be mixed with other biomass fuels such as palm shell, palm fiber, woodchips, coffee wastes, etc.
